Job: Partner Civil Litigation

Designate Partner, Consultant, Senior Associate, Civil Litigation – Dispute Resolution.

We are seeking to find an experienced lawyer with knowledge in the following contentious and non-contentious work:

Experience involving Matters such as:
Challenging Wills, property and boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, contractual disputes, building disputes, repossession of properties for landlords, claims by tenants against landlords, disrepair claims, personal injury and medical negligence claims, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.

Additionally some exposure to Commercial Litigation would be extremely useful: Insurance issues, Commercial and corporate dispute resolution, Partnership dispute resolution, Shareholder disputes, Debt recovery, Financial dispute resolution, Real estate dispute resolution, Restrictive covenants, Director disputes, Wills, trusts and inheritance disputes.

This is a Senior Associate – Designate Future Partner position, marketing and having a client following will be extremely advantageous.
