| Job Information | Head of Corporate Services, Hong Kong Our client a corporate subsidiary of a large law firm is seeking to appoint A Head of Corporate Services. Our client’s team of first-class lawyers provide clients with a complementary range of fiduciary, administration, accounting and corporate services with a focus on offshore jurisdiction business. Our law firm client has numerous prestigious private customers including many of the leading financial institutions, public companies, corporations, fund promoters as well as ultra-high net worth private clients. Due to exciting growth and expansion, our client is inviting applications for the position for the Head of Corporate Services, Hong Kong. We are looking for an energetic, innovative individual with great people skills, who is passionate about delivering top levels of client service, to lead the team in Hong Kong. As Head, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional client service, driving the vision and strategy of the Hong Kong corporate services business and ensuring that operations within the requirements of regulators and applicable laws always. You will work closely with the Global Managing Director, the Global Operations Director, the Mourant Partners in Hong Kong, and the heads of our corporate services teams globally to ensure we deliver connected thinking to our clients across the firm’s network.
