Our client has expanded into the Litigation work arena.  Ideally we seek a local lawyer with a Following, who is looking to make Associate, Associate Partner or full Partner within eighteen months.

This is a job for the ambitious.   It’s a job with great financial prospects and the bonus scheme has no top limit.  You’re going to earn fifty percent of what you write in fees.

NB. Fifty percent is the highest earnings to fees ratio to be found in both Devon and Cornwall

There will be a mixed caseload including  both civil and commercial work –  Landlord & tenant issues, property boundaries, debts, purchase of goods problems, partnership or general commercial transactions, insolvency, professional negligence, probate disputes,  accidents at work, animal related claims, claims against the police, claims for pedestrians, commercial disputes, construction and building disputes – large, consumer disputes, contract claims, debt collection, defamation actions, libel and slander, industrial diseases, inheritance claims, judicial review, landlord and tenant dilapidation disputes, motorway accidents, negligence claims, personal injury, general property disputes and road accidents.
