Our national law firm client’s strategy in London is to grow practices that complement our core strengths to create a fully integrated office, which include energy and infrastructure, real estate and technology. The firm has an increasing focus on representing investment funds in these sectors. We advise property and investment fund managers and other businesses both nationally and internationally, including banks, venture capitalists, crowd funding platforms, trading platforms, stockbrokers, corporate financiers, intermediaries (including networks), payment services firms, fintech companies, small investment banks and custodians. As our first financial services hire, you will be fundamental to our efforts to continue expanding and developing the breadth of our energy and infrastructure, real estate and technology offerings. About You – With an exemplary reputation for high-quality financial regulation work, you will have already demonstrated your ability to build lasting relationships, whilst developing new business networks and connections in the national and international market.
