The Role: You will be working as a Solicitor or Legal Executive within the Family Team. Your work will encompass all aspects of family work but will focus mainly on children and injunctive matters, so previous experience in this area will be highly desirable.
You will be willing to do your own advocacy and preferably have experience of working with Legal Aid.
The ideal candidate will be a 1-3-year PQE Solicitor, but as we are looking for the right person for this role, we will also consider outside of this PQE band or an experienced FILEX.
You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
You will need the ability to run your own caseload. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
Excellent all-round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
