Our client’s Employment team has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Lawyer to join the practice.. This opportunity would suit an experienced Lawyer who is looking to achieve a better work-life balance whilst retaining high quality workload and who enjoys business development and consistent client contact.
The Job:
In this career opportunity you will have the chance to work on all aspects of employment law in both the private and commercial sectors. You will practice in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of Employment Law, from drafting contracts and policies, through to assisting on live Employment Tribunal cases. An interest in business immigration would be considered an advantage.
We are seeking to find:
Whilst a real willingness to be part of an offering where the quality of service is at the absolute heart of the team’s practice is a pre-requisite, the ideal candidate will also have a solid grounding in Employment Law from a recognised team at a London, regional or national firm.
Experience and skills required:
· 3- 6 years’ experience in Employment Law
· Enthusiastic team player
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong academics
· An ambition to play a part in achieving success
· Excellent communication skills
· Commitment to delivering a high level of client service (both to internal and external clients).
