Our law firm client’s Corporate Legal team is expanding, and we are seeking to find a Corporate Solicitor who will provide legal advice on a variety of corporate client matters both to external clients and as an in-house lawyer for retained business clients.
You will be working as a key member of our law firm client’s corporate team on all corporate transactions, assisting in project managing transactions including drafting and negotiation. This role will involve regular direct client contact and require the highest level of service delivery.
This is a unique opportunity which blends traditional private practice experience with wider exposure in a commercial role as an externally retained contract special client in-house lawyer role one or two days per week. Our law firm client is creating a genuinely unique private practice business and doing something that no other law firm is designing and transacting.
We are seeking to find:
1-2 years PQE, 2-6 PQE or Partner looking to relocate.
Proven track record of deals and team working on corporate transactions
Excellent working knowledge of company law
Experience consistently delivering high quality corporate legal services through appropriate monitoring and management of own personal training and development.
