We are seeking to appoint an ambitious corporate commercial business lawyer, who is looking to make Partner within thirty-six months. As a candidate client you are extremely important to us and our prestigious expanding law firm client. We are seeking to appoint a super-ambitious business fee-earner professional.

Our law firm client has been established for just over four years and during the last two years business turn-over has tripled. We need to find a candidate for our client that wants to career-progress quickly and the only way to do this is by joining a new expanding smaller law firm.

Experience Required:
You may have experience of working in a corporate team, ideally with some knowledge of renewables, financial services and maybe dealing with tech-clients.
You will be able to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service.

Our law firm client acts for several well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity. We are seeking to appoint for our law firm client an experienced Corporate Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join the team working at the Brighton office.

• Possess the ability to cope well under pressure.
