Our law firm client is expanding with financial turnover tripling within the last two years. I am seeking to find a corporate lawyer that is currently working in central London, Sussex or UK-Nationwide.

The law firm is expanding and seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer, Designate Partner with 2-10 PQE +

If you are currently a silver or magic circle partner working in central or UK Nationwide, my law firm client would be interested to hear from you.

If you are a partner working for an offshore law firm and would be interested in returning to the UK my law firm client would be interested in you.

If you are a newly qualified lawyer and are looking for your first law firm job my law firm client would be interested in hearing from you.

Experience in the following areas of corporate law would be of great interest to our expanding law firm client;

Mergers and acquisitions;
Joint ventures and shareholder agreements;
Private equity/ venture capital;
Finance matters, restructuring and other mainstream company law matters;
Commercial agreements and terms and conditions; and
Intellectual property matters.
