Our client is looking to appoint a new Partner.  We are seeking to find an ACA or AAT candidate who is looking to become a major part of a thriving and expanding local professional business.  The client base is situated in a busy sea-side town that has a thriving population of commerce and industry.

We are seeking an accountancy practice professional looking to make that all important step up into a leadership role.

We are seeking to find the following technical expertise:

• Main point of contact for clients;
• Review and preparation of accounts and management accounts;
• Review and preparation of tax computations and CT600’s;
• Personal tax returns;
• Review of VAT returns;
• Planning, budgeting, managing, reviewing and completion of audit files;
• Responsible for writing the management letter;
• Client liaison including meetings on accounts, tax returns and audits;
• Cash flow projections, budgets and business plans;
• Due Diligence;
• Managing sales/purchases of businesses;
• Revenue enquiries;
• Tax planning;
• Correspondence;
• Client billing;
• Regular client liaison both face to face and by telephone;
• Specialist assignment work experience, including – Solicitors Accountants Reports, FSA regulated clients and Charities;
• Networking;
• Marketing.
