Job Information | Real Estate Lawyer We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Real Estate Fee Earner to support our law firm client’s team on a varied and high-quality caseload which will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and development matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters. We are particularly interested in candidates who can show experience in a variety of commercial and residential matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and have significant opportunities to be involved in business development. Our law firm client has a diverse mix of clients that span the public and private sector and include commercial developers, regeneration companies, household names in house building and retail, as well as offices, shopping centres and industrial/warehouse schemes. The real estate practice handles transactions for a variety of investors, owner/occupiers, developers, lenders and financiers, including the world’s leading investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, pension funds, REITs and sovereign wealth funds. Our law firm client’s team advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and purchases of direct and indirect real estate investments, mixed-use developments, the financing of property acquisitions and developments, landlord and tenant work, HQ relocations, investment fund formation, structuring and joint ventures.
