| Job Information | Property Litigation 1-5 PQE: You will be undertaking a varied caseload of property dispute work. This will include, but will not be limited to, matters concerning commercial and agricultural property. You will be required to assist the Property Litigation team through effective business development and support the implementation of the team’s business plan alongside the other members of the team. You will be provided with training and support to develop your knowledge and skills to the best of your ability. As well as running your own caseload, you will be assisting all members of the team. There will be opportunities to be actively engaged with the firm’s specialist sectors and to work closely with our Real Estate team. Are you the right person? The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in litigation but a good working knowledge of property law with between 0 to 5 years PQE. You must be committed to progressing your career in property litigation. Commercially aware, you will have the ability to enhance the firm’s reputation through delivery of exceptional client service. The ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to work as a part of a team are essential. Previous experience in property litigation is an advantage. |
