| Job Information | Head of Commercial Property Our client a Sussex law firm are seeking to appoint a Head of Property, effectively Commercial Property. We are seeking to find and appoint a well-seasoned commercial property professional who is looking to build a business from inception and reap the rewards of a smart business deal. The deal will have to be negotiated, basic salary and a commission percentage on every deal that is written into the books. A new property department can be built covering both Commercial and Residential Property. The department can grow as large as economically viable, including a future central London and maybe a Surrey office. The property business can be part of the present structure that is in place with a new commercial vehicle designed at a later date once a turnover figure cap has been agreed.
