We are seeking to appoint an entrepreneurial lawyer who will assist in building a small but highly knowledgeable and effective team. We are currently recruiting for a professionally qualified Corporate and Finance Associate. Our ideal candidate can be newly qualified or can have 2/4 years’ experience of working in a law firm with a focus on all types of commercial client. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions within a high achieving and successful law firm advisory service.
