Are you an experienced, ambitious Knowledge Lawyer looking for the opportunity to join our prestigious law firm clients growing firm?

Due to exciting expansion, we’re looking for a Knowledge Lawyer to support our law firm client’s Cayman/ BVI fund, corporate and finance teams in Hong Kong.

You’ll join our client’s dedicated global Knowledge Management team that provides our legal team with technical support. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Knowledge, you’ll be working closely with the lawyers based in our Hong Kong office to ensure that all knowledge management needs are met.

This role can potentially offer flexibility in terms of working hours/pattern.

Responsibilities include:
– Drafting and maintaining precedent documents, guidance notes, checklists, practice notes and know-how updates;
– Fostering a knowledge-sharing culture;
– Providing business development preparation support on tenders, pitches, ghost writing, website content, and training/presentations/seminars;
– Assisting in advising, supporting and championing KM IT systems and processes for the relevant practice areas.

Previous experience:
– Legally qualified (ideally England, Hong Kong or Commonwealth);
– Previous Knowledge Management (KM) experience would be helpful but is not essential;
– Experience in providing training is preferred.
