Job Information | Head of Family Law Our law firm client is seeking to add and establish a new family law practice to an already highly successful corporate and commercial advisory service. A wonderful greenfield site opportunity and a unique challenge for an established family lawyer. Ideally you are a panel member but if not, this will not be a deal breaker. If you are an established family law partner, a consultancy partner agreement would be available. Matters will include: If you possess experience in private client work – Wills, Trust and Probate this would be extraordinary-excellent, from our perspective as an executive search firm we know finding a dual-skilled professional is a momentous task. Note from the Managing Partner – This is a fantastic opportunity for lawyers to supercharge their career and make a name for themselves by getting in early and contributing to a fast-growing new practice. You will benefit from the kind of experience not available at larger more established firms and will learn more, contribute more and grow personally and professionally in a way that will exceed your expectations. If things go well, you can expect to significantly increase your salary and progress to a partnership role many years earlier than at a larger more traditional law firm. By joining us you will never be just a number and will always have a full workload, but you will also be able to enjoy a healthy work life balance. You will be able to live and work in an attractive peaceful environment (close to great beaches and delightful countryside) and benefit from proximity to London (40 minutes), Gatwick (10 minutes) and Brighton (20 minutes). Ultimately, our location and set up also enables you to escape the high living costs, property prices, congestion, commuting hell, crime, unhealthy environment and general misery associated with having to work and live in London. This is therefore the opportunity to live the ‘Sussex dream’ – to be able to afford to live in a decent detached family house with a large garden close to work, while benefiting from lower living costs and a comparably high salary for the area.
