Property lawyer, 3-6 years PQE.

Our law firm client is looking for a property lawyer to join its property team on a permanent basis. As one of the largest specialist property law teams, the team advise on all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions. Clients rely on the team to provide expert advice and because, working closely with our property litigation team, we offer a full real estate service.

 
The key purpose of this role is to support the commercial property sector, advising landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and property vendors, investors and purchasers on all aspects of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and leases, preliminary agreements of lease, financing, building contracts, development agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and construction documents.

Desired skills and experience:
• At least 3 years’ post qualification, (preferably 6 PQE)
• Excellent academic background
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong technical skills
• Confidence and resilience.
