We are currently looking for experienced lawyers with a strong record of accomplishment in investment funds, banking and finance, financial services and corporate law to join our client’s corporate department.
Recognised as a leading adviser on corporate transactions, our client’s able to combine exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise including corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers. This enables us to handle the numerous issues that can arise in a single corporate transaction.
The successful candidates will possess exceptional academic credentials and demonstrate strong technical knowledge. They will hold excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and to work autonomously.
