Our client an entrepreneurial division of a very successful global organisation are looking for the above finance business professional.

Working as head of the Project Finance team you advise corporate and private clients re: financing opportunities using broad range of debt and equity transaction finance products.

These modern financial instruments/products are used by City bankers and other venture capitalists to “synergise and drive commercial investment programmes forward”.

Your future clients to advise will be: Bio Energy, Wind, Solar, PV and Waste to Energy businesses.

As the senior member of the team and key business professional. You will head up the Corporate Transactions team.

We are looking for a banker, corporate financier or finance professional who is looking to move to the SWUK, Cornwall Devon area.

Career move:  To a corporate/private client, front-line interface negotiation role that will drive forward SWUK bio-energy businesses also other UK based bio-energy businesses.

Job Facts:

• Client facing;
• Analysis of cash flows, financial statements, investment documents;
• Financial modelling to support bid analysis and evaluation;
• Preparation of finance raising, bid support or sales memorandums;
• Drafting strategy papers and industry or market papers;
• Research and drafting proposals and pitch documents;
• Production of thought leadership and publicity materials.

Key requirements :

Qualifications:

• Financial Professional qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or specialist related degree.

Previous  experience:

• Corporate finance:
• General Finance;
• Bio Energy.

Specialist skills:

• Analytical;
• Research and evaluation;
• Financial modelling;
• Self-motivated team leader – player;
• Manage multiple projects;
• Strong writing skills;
• Gifted technical communicator.

• Corporate Finance transaction experience;
• Possible experience of the renewables sector;
• Linguistic skills; English, German, Dutch etc…
• Experience of selling services and winning new work.
