We have been appointed to source a Finance Director for our local UK client.  You will be working alongside the MD, be an exceptional accountant, very tenacious with company finances and wonderfully commercially astute. Advising on the best direction for company growth and economic prosperity.

You will take overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company strategy and give at all-times prudent analysis of facts and figures, implement recommendations based on these findings that will result in the most profitable outcome.

Charismatically managing your team through month end, year end and annual budget.  Your communication skills and inter-departmental leadership will never be in-question.  Planning and managing budgets is your strength, you’re the king of balance sheet engineering advising throughout the firm on a continual basis.

Our client is experiencing on target growth and prosperity, the newly appointed Finance Director will be able to offer critical analysis, be able to direct and co-ordinate with Corporate Finance and manage company policies regarding all capital requirements.  Your expertise in taxation, equity and future acquisitions are second to none, expansion with our client is the name of the game.

Specification:

• Form a close working relationship with other directors and senior members of staff;
• Provide leadership to the Boards Finance and Accounting strategy;
• Optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position;
• Head up the company’s accountancy function;
• Assist in the company’s development strategy across all areas of the business;
• Challenge assumptions and decision making as appropriate;
• Provide accurate financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans and business drivers;
• Ensure that all financial systems are robust and solid;
• Lead and develop the finance team;
• Work with the senior team to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans;
• Corporate budgeting is precise;
• Cash Management policies;
• Statutory bodies are met;
• Corporate Finance: Company policies and capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity disposals and acquisitions;
• Network with external parties and valued customers, with strength and valour.
