Family Lawyer, Private Client work only, Based in the City of London.
- 100-350K;
- Earn 50% of all of your Fee Income;
- Work four days a week in the office and one day from home;
- Consultant option;
We are seeking a Family Law Professional, who is accustom to working with Private Clients only.
- Your current office will be based in the Square Mile +,
- Your clients will be City Financial or Media professionals
- You will be a Member of the Law Society;
- Senior Family Law Panel member;
- Possibly a Law Society Children Panel and Accredited Specialist of Resolution.
Your clients will be society group A’s, married or co-habitating.
Work consist of : –
- Divorce and Financial proceedings;
- Your speciality should be Ancillary Relief;
- Proceedings in relation to Children;
- Private law proceedings including Contact and Residence applications;
- Public law proceedings including acting for children through their Guardian;
- Domestic violence applications for Non molestation and Occupation orders;
- Cohabite disputes;
- Advocacy in County and Family Proceedings Courts;
- Assisting with advocacy and case strategy;
- Ideally working for a London City firm, with a client following;
- Able to advise on Employment Law to a certain degree;
- Able to advise on Wills Trust and Probate work to a certain degree.
