Senior Partner – Capital and International Equity Markets – 250-750K  Package +

  • Currently working as a Partner or Senior Associate for a City Law Firm.
  • Have expert legal transaction knowledge of International Capital and Equity Market business.
  • Possess all the right transportable contacts.

  • Want to head up a new subsidiary company, part of a UK West Country law firm.

We are seeking to locate for our valued clients.  A Professional Senior Partner, that is currently heading up a small but highly competent legal team that is involved in most sophisticated and innovative high value capital-raising transaction arena ever for over 100 years.

You will need to be able to navigate the complex regulatory regime that governs all existing and future business since those regulations went into effect in the first half of the last century.

The new law firm subsidiary will grow as new clients’ businesses expand in-line with capital and international equity debt markets.

You will be involved in governing the legal practices that are implemented and have expanded transaction developments, notably in the growth of the high-yield market.

The globalisation of capital markets, and the increase in worldwide privatisations market will only expand in the future and our clients’ new business wants to be part of this sensational high-action-arena.

We seek a professional with high value knowledge and experience in world capital markets transactions focusing on the broad global presence and full-service capabilities under UK, US, and European law.

Our client’s new UK office and their new business will represent both issuers and investment banks in the full range of securities offerings.

The incorporated legal services will audit and regulate all of these complex transactional activities.  The new firm will advise clients on all types of securities transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues, including:

  • Public and Private Securities Offerings.
  • Initial public offerings.
  • Public and private equity and investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings.
  • Public and private offerings of non-UK companies, including privatisations of government-controlled companies.
  • New issues.
  • Securities exchange listings.
  • Liability management transactions.
