Assistant Partner – Senior Associate –  Dispute Resolution Lawyer,  Cornwall & Devon  – 60-160K

Our client is an expanding West Country law firm, with an outstanding reputation and presence in the market.  They have  client’s that are recognised names,  quoted in the FTSE top 500. 

With current expansion plans in place for two new offices during the next few years.  Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Dispute Resolution – Litigation Lawyer.  The position on offer is to  to head up the new litigaton team, based in Devon.

 The team will involved in a broad mix of Dispute Resolution work  –

  • General/Commercial Litigation matters including general contract disputes.
  • Property litigation and insolvency for both private and public sector clients.

As a prospective candidate you will be a UK qualified Senior Solicitor.  A  Senior Associate/Partner within a recognised local or national firm. 

Relocation to the West Country has so much to offer –

You will be managing a mixed bag of General/Commercial Litigation matters.  Will be capable of managing individuals who are undertaking property litigation or insolvency caseloads, experience in these areas may be an advantage.

  • As this is a Lead Manager position it is important that you can demonstrate the ability to win work.
  • Manage key client relationships and supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • You will become a Member of the Law Firms Management Team.
