Our Financial Services Client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Candidates must have:

•Experience in multiple development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile);

•Understanding of wrap platforms and expertise in at least one of the following disciplines – web, tools, back office, documents, outputs, MI, finance;

•Operational knowledge from either a background of working in an operational team or a large operations focussed business change environment;

•Good pension knowledge and experience at an operational level covering SIPPs, ISA’s, and/or Group Personal Pensions in particular Drawdown rules;

•A good understanding of the pension’s legislative framework, HMRC rules and operational impacts

•Experience of pension administration systems;

•Good knowledge of the IFA environment and the issues within the market;

•A successful role analysing and developing Business Requirements for a major product or legislative changes in the Financial Services industry;

•Degree in IT/Business Analysis or equivalent industry experience;

•Commercial awareness;

•Strong understanding of risk/control and change;

•Data analysis and manipulation skills;

•Proven experience within the web and online product development arena;

•Experience of working with IT suppliers;

•Process analysis and complex problem solving skills;

•Effective written and verbal communication at all levels;

•Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and see projects to completion.
